i ran my piece in costume tonight.  the costume didn't survive.  at all.  
complete destruction and threads ripping... echoing through the hollow
beams of the gym.  tangled mess.  back to the drawing board.  i leave in 
less than a week.  better get cracking.  i cannot wait to see you, familiar
island nation.
